Kelley has dedicated her entire career to representing individuals injured by the acts of others. Clients have come to know Mrs. Boguesvic for her passion for advocacy, attention to detail and her drive to get great results for her clients. At FLCB, Mrs. Bogusevic works closely with clients to investigate and prepare their case for a successful trial.
Mrs. Bogusevic specializes in mass tort litigation, catastrophic injury and sexual assault claims. She has extensive experience preparing cases for trial, including drafting motions, deposing key witnesses, and arguing important legal issues before the Court.
Mrs. Bogusevic has litigation experience in a wide variety of practice areas. She is a valued member of the trial team representing Bexar County and other Texas counties against the drug manufacturers, distributors and pharmacies in Texas Opioids Multi-District litigation. She has also worked extensively on accident and sexual assault cases, representing individuals who have been injured as a result of another’s negligence.

After graduating, Kelley honed her litigation skills at The Lanier Law Firm where she was able to gain extensive experience helping clients and their families navigate the litigation process. She takes pride in her abilities to recover what her clients deserve. She has helped many individuals resolve their case; making sure the client is fully understood and fully informed on the status of the case. Kelley works hard for her clients and can make a difference in your case.
Outside the Office
When not working on her client’s behalf, Kelley enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two young children.
Kelley was raised in Spring, Texas and attended Klein High School before attending Tulane University representing her University as a Division 1 soccer player. She returned to Houston and graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2009. That same year, the State Bar of Texas admitted her to practice. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Southern District of Texas. While attending South Texas she was a member of the highly regarded moot court and mock trial teams.
