In order to be selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers®, attorneys must endure a rigorous selection process. First, they must be nominated by third-party feedback, the Super Lawyers® research team, peer nomination, or managing partner survey. Then, the nominees are analyzed based on numerous indicators, including case results, client feedback, experience, honors, certifications, position within the firm, bar standing, education, and more. After evaluating the total points from steps one and two, a Blue Ribbon Panel analyzes other candidates in the primary practice area. Finally, the lawyers are selected.
The annual Super Lawyers® list recognizes just 5% of the attorneys in the state.
