Fibich, Leebron, Copeland & Briggs is proud to announce the addition of Attorneys Lindsay Itkin and Jessica Bresler to our award-winning legal team. Attorney Itkin, who hails from Omaha, and Attorney Bresler, a Houston native, each bring to our firm a passion for guiding individuals and families through their unique legal journeys.

Ms. Itkin and Ms. Bresler both received their undergraduate degrees from The University of Texas at Austin. Attorney Itkin received her law degree from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law and Attorney Bresler from South Texas College of Law.

Attorney Itkin, who joined the firm in 2014, has helped many employees, injured victims, and families through the challenges of unfamiliar legal proceedings. Her practice is focused on advocating for unpaid workers in cases involving wage and hour violations and helping victims after they suffer harm as the result of others’ negligence. In recognition of her passion and skill, Ms. Itkin was named to the prestigious Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠ list for Texas in 2014 and 2015.

Having lobbied for Texas CASA (a volunteer organization that provides Court Appointed Special Advocates for children) in the 2009 legislative session, Attorney Bresler was motivated to dedicate her career to advocating on behalf of the injured and the wronged. Her practice primarily focuses on representing clients in cases involving wage and hour violations, catastrophic personal injury, defective products, and land contamination.

Our legal team is pleased to welcome Attorneys Itkin and Bresler to the firm, where we believe they will be true advocates for clients navigating the complexities of their legal journeys.

At Fibich, Leebron, Copeland & Briggs, we draw from over a century of combined legal know-how and expertise. With the tenacity to win and the resources to get us there, our lawyers provide strong representation for injured victims and their families.
