Our Firm Is Celebrating and Bringing Motorcycle Awareness to the Community
One of our founding attorneys, W. Michael Leebron, II, had an affinity for motorcycles and collected them for much of his life until his passing in July 2013. Mike Leebron loved to race dirt bikes and ride motorcycles, and we commemorate his life and service to our community in part by celebrating Motorcycle Awareness Month each May.
Why This Month?
About the time May rolls around, the sun starts to shine a little brighter and the prospect of an afternoon ride becomes much more appealing for motorcyclists. While the month of May does bring better weather and more favorable riding conditions, it also brings more crowded roadways and increased risk of accident and injury.
Since more motorcyclists are likely to be out on the road, what better time is there to encourage other motorists to look out for bikes and motorcycles? While awareness may not eliminate all motorcycle accidents, it could encourage other drivers to be more wary and save many lives as a result.
Experienced and Effective Motorcycle Accident Lawyers Serving Houstonians for 100+ Years
At Fibich, Leebron, Copeland & Briggs, we have your best interests at heart. One of our founding attorneys was an avid motorcycle rider, and we are very concerned with the safety of others who share his passion. Many people blame motorcyclists whenever there is an accident, but we have found that, in many cases, it is the negligence of the other driver that is to blame for the resulting pain and suffering.
When someone else’s poor choices or reckless behavior cause you physical injury, financial loss, or other personal damages, let us help you hold them accountable.
